Couples Counseling
What does couples counseling consist of?
Couples counseling, also known as couples therapy or marriage counseling, is a form of
psychotherapy that focuses on helping couples improve their relationship, resolve conflicts, and
enhance their communication and connection. It involves working with a trained therapist who
specializes in working with couples to address the unique dynamics and challenges within
their relationship.

It's important to note that couples counseling is not a guarantee to save or fix a
relationship. In some cases, couples may decide to separate or end the relationship. The
role of the therapist is to help couples gain clarity, explore options, and facilitate the
decision-making process in a supportive manner.
Couples counseling can benefit couples at any stage of their relationship, whether they
are dating, engaged, married, or in a long-term partnership. It can provide valuable tools,
insights, and strategies to promote a healthier and more fulfilling relationship.
